V. Charles Ward is a solicitor with more than forty years’ experience of commercial and residential property. As a Legal Associate of the Royal Town Planning Institute, he is also qualified to advise and act in all matters relating to town planning and land development. His specialisations include all matters relating to:

One of the few Revenue–trained experts in Wills, Probate, Trusts and Inheritance Tax, Estates Administration and shares Valuation still working in private practice. After many years’ Criminal Defense experience in the Duty Solicitor role, Jack has concentrated on Private Client work, including High Net Worth clients, Estates and Trusts Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Office of the Public Guardian work.
Involvement in matters of family wealth has led to numerous instructions in Divorce and the resulting Ancillary Relief matters. Jack has finely-honed skills in achieving favorable financial and property settlements whilst fostering reasonably harmonious relations between the parties. I have in-depth knowledge of the fast-developing field of Pre-Nuptial Agreements, which has assumed huge importance following several recent high-profile cases.
A fluent French speaker, Jack also have a useful knowledge of Polish, Russian and German, and close connections with the European ex-patriate communities in West London.

Ghazia began practice in 1997, and specialises in Immigration and Nationality Law, including European Union Immigration matters. She has in depth experience and wealth of knowledge having formerly worked for the Home Office before changing careers. She is well versed with matters related with her specialism, including divorce, family matters, applications under the Childrens Act and the specific requirements of British Muslims for whom she has acted on Shariah compliant Wills culturally sensitive issues arising from the breakdown of a marriage or relationship.
Ghazia is a member of Immigration Practitioners association, Association of Contentious Trust Practitioners and the senior responsible person accredited under the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.She speaks fluent Punjabi and Urdu.
